I’m was really excited about this program when I learnt about it more than a month ago. Many of my friends are asking me about my recent weight loss success. I’ve been wanting to write a weight loss 4 idiots review on this but I wanted to go through a few cycle to test out the claim of the weight loss 4 idiots diet handbook being able to help you lose 9 pounds every 11 days.
So here goes my weight loss 4 idiots review.

Immediately after reading it, I went…what a smart diet guide!
I’ve been through many diets, I’ve studied food and nutrition in school and I knew all the facts but the way the diet guide made use of simple techniques that will cause our really intelligent body to react to the diet by burning more calories than before was amazing.

First Cycle of Diet
I sailed through most of the 11 days except for the all fruits day. It was rather tough for me as I am a meat-person, I need to eat meat in every meal, everyday. As the day went by, I tried to eat as much fruits as I could lay my hands and miraculously, I really didn’t get the hunger pangs. I did need to drink lots of water to keep the hunger pangs away.
In my opinion, that was the most difficult part of the diet. Besides that, it was easy. Everything in the guidebook is so easy. Plus, there is no need to starve myself so it felt as though I wasn’t even on a diet. You will have the choice to eat the top favourite like cheese, meat and pasta.
I took down my weight everyday and by the end of the 7 days, I had already lose 4.1 pounds. It was really amazing how I had not been doing much yet I was still losing weight and dropping the pounds.
End of the First Cycle
At the end of the first cycle, I managed to lose a total of 7.6 pounds. It is not the 9 pounds mentioned in the guidebook but it still helped me lose the pounds so easily and quickly. I was completely satistifed with the results achieved from the diet and was absolutely ready to indulge in my 3 days ‘cheat’ from the diet.
After the 11 days of diet, you will get 3 days break where you will be able to eat whatever you want and this was a great news for me. I really loved the three days mini-holiday given by the diet, and after that, checked to see whether I had put any weight back on.
Thankfully, though I did eat a few pizza, I didn’t put back any weight. My weight maintained and with that, I got more confident and immediately got back onto the diet.
Second Cycle of the Weight Loss 4 Idiot Diet
I was so much more prepared for the second cycle. I used the diet generator to generate another list and started on my next diet cycle.
I brought more fruits with me to the office and knowing what to expect, I got through it much easier than I had expected.
Basically, I lost 8.three pounds in that cycle.
Third Cycle (Current)
I’m still on my 8th day of the third cycle of the diet. Just by sticking to the diet without other effort, in less than 3 cycles of the diet, I had lost 23.7 pounds!

This is a great diet. It is easy to follow and not to mention, healthy. I helps you to lose weight without compromising on nutrition and health,
